Experimenting with Process Equivalence

چکیده
Bloom, B. and A.R. Meyer, Experimenting with process equivalence, Theoretical Computer Science 101 (1992) 223-237. Distinctions between concurrent processes based on observable outcomes of computational experiments are examined. The equivalence determined by a general class of experiments involving duplication of processes can be characterized by a notion of ready simulation resembling, but strictly coarser than, Milner’s bisimulation equivalence.

Its most important special objectives were: analyzing action plan for TQM and the achievements in different countries –including IRAN, primary ...
متن کاملResearch Results in Equivalence Checking
Formal methods for the verification of Integrated Circuits (ICs) are a collection of techniques used to ensure the correctness of a design before fabrication. Formal methods have been investigated recently and continue to be an area of active research in the Computer Aided Design (CAD) for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) community. While many important results and CAD tools have resulted, th...
متن کاملExperimental investigation of Methane Partial Oxidation in Porous Media for Hydrogen Production
One of the future technologies for energy supply in the electricity and automotive industries is the use of fuel cells. Hydrogen is the main source of fuel in fuel cells. Methane reforming through partial oxidation of methane is one of the methods of hydrogen production. In this paper, this process for the production of hydrogen gas, which is the energy source of these fuel cells, is examined n...
متن کاملFUZZY SUBGROUPS AND CERTAIN EQUIVALENCE RELATIONS
In this paper, we study an equivalence relation on the set of fuzzysubgroups of an arbitrary group G and give four equivalent conditions each ofwhich characterizes this relation. We demonstrate that with this equivalencerelation each equivalence class constitutes a lattice under the ordering of fuzzy setinclusion. Moreover, we study the behavior of these equivalence classes under theaction of a...
متن کاملStudies on One Step Removal of H2S: Aims and Design Criteria for a Pilot Plant
In an attempt ot develop a one step process for the removal of H2S from sour gas, the engineering consideration were dealt with in two steps. In the first step it was attempted to derive the data required for establishing the design criteria for a pilot plant, by experimenting with a small bench scale.
